Pyntrach operates Masinja, where businesses post deals and buyers nearby enquire about them. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Masinja is rolling out in scheduled city phases. Currently, the primary personal data collected is an email address on the early access list. The sections below describe how the platform handles data across active operations.

What we collect

If you join the early access list: your email address, whether you told us you sell or buy, and the city you chose.

If you sell on Masinja: your business name, contact details, trading location, the deals and prices you post, and the enquiries they receive.

If you buy on Masinja: your name, contact details and the deals you enquired about.

From everyone: basic technical data such as device type, approximate location where you have allowed it, and logs needed to keep the service running and secure.

Why we collect it

To show buyers the deals posted near them and to pass an enquiry to the right business. We also use it to answer support questions and to fix faults.

We do not sell your data.

Who sees what

A business sees the enquiries on its own deals. A buyer sees the shop they enquired with. Nobody sees more of your record than their part of the job requires.

We share data with service providers who process payments, send messages, and host the platform. They act on our instructions and cannot use your data for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Transaction records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Early access emails are kept until you ask us to remove them or until we have finished opening in your area. Everything else is kept only while your account is active.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can leave the early access list at any time using the link in any email we send, or by writing to us. We will respond within 30 days.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production data is limited to the people who need it and is logged. If a breach affects you, we will tell you.

Children

Masinja is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that affects you, we will say so on this page and, where the change is significant, by email.
