This policy covers pyntrach.com, the website of Pyntrach. It explains what we collect through this site, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect

If you contact us: your name, email address, company if you give one, and your message.

If you apply for a role: your name, email address, phone number, the links you share, your answers, and the CV and cover letter you upload.

From everyone: basic technical data such as browser and device type, and logs needed to keep the site running and secure. Your theme and cookie choices are stored in your own browser, not sent to us.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, and to consider your application for the role you applied for.

We do not sell your data.

Who sees what

Messages are read by the people at Pyntrach who handle them. Applications are read by the people involved in hiring for that role.

We use service providers to host this site and deliver email. They act on our instructions and cannot use your data for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Messages are kept for as long as we need them to respond and follow up. Applications are kept while hiring for the role is under way and for a reasonable period after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to us. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that affects you, we will say so on this page.
